I have broad experience across cafés, restaurants, catering, function spaces and pop-up food events, along with hands-on involvement in the coordination of venue design and builds. My work spans supporting daily operations, assisting with event setups, and ensuring smooth, enjoyable guest experiences. This mix of operational and project-based experience has given me a practical, adaptable approach suited to both everyday hospitality environments and one-off events.

2. SPECIAL PROJECTS

As a freelance consultant across the hospitality and facilities management sectors, I support clients with practical, end-to-end solutions that improve operations, guest experience, and overall efficiency. My work spans venue setup, workflow optimisation, supplier coordination, maintenance planning, and general operational guidance. I tailor every engagement to the specific needs of the business, helping teams streamline processes, resolve issues quickly, and achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes.

3. MANAGEMENT

With over 20 years management experience I have worked in a  broad range of hospitality environments, from owning and operating multiple cafés to serving as the licensee of a major bar, restaurant, and function centre. I have led teams of all sizes—managing everything from day-to-day operations and compliance to staff development, customer service standards, and supplier coordination. My involvement in pop-up events has further strengthened my ability to coordinate trades, manage staff under tight timelines, and organise all entertainment and event logistics. Across every role, I bring a hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style that keeps operations running smoothly and teams performing at their best.
